Hong Kong law requires visible "P" plates on both front and rear windows. MTC provides complimentary plates for every rental.

(2) Passenger Limits | 乘客限制
P-license drivers may carry only one passenger, unless accompanied by a qualified driver with 3+ years' experience.

Q: 可以開去澳門嗎？
A: Cross-border travel is not supported. MTC vehicles are for use within Hong Kong only. 不支援跨境行駛，MTC車輛僅限香港境內使用。
